Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, lead a small recruitment team, and drive hiring strategies to support business growth. The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services, along with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily recruitment operations and guide the TA team in achieving hiring targets
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for supervisory to managerial roles
  • Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with manpower plans
  • Lead high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and support roles
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnaround time)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment partners
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
  • Proven experience in high-volume and niche hiring
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role
  • Experience handling agency partnerships and recruitment vendors
