Customer Support Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who will act as a key touchpoint between PalmPay and its customers. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and technical teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about PalmPay’s products and services.
Handle and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Assist the Business Development team with onboarding clients, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, tech, operations) to resolve client queries.
Support sales campaigns with materials such as proposals and presentations.
Collect and report customer feedback to help enhance product and service quality.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or Honors) in any discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support

Age: 20 years or older
Female are Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
