Job Title: Learning & Development Officer (Trainee Level)
Location: Ikeja 
Salary: 150k to 250k net

Role Summary:
The L&D Officer will support the design and delivery of learning programs across the organisation. The role involves assisting with training coordination, basic facilitation, content updates and brief conversational assessments to understand employee motivation and alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting short conversations with employees/candidates to understand their motivation and cultural fit.
- Support planning and coordination of training sessions and onboarding programs.
- Help update and maintain learning materials, manuals and training records.
- Assist in basic facilitation of internal training sessions or workshops.
- Track attendance, feedback and learning progress for reporting purposes.
- Work with the HR/L&D team to support learning initiatives and projects.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Learning & Development, HR or Training support role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
- Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
- Full of energy and enthusiastic
