Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Operations Officer to join our Pakistan team. This role will be responsible for managing fund reconciliation, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and providing accurate reporting on fund flows and customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior reconciliation and fund operations experience in fintech or financial services, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process fund reconciliations accurately and efficiently for customer accounts.

  • Ensure all customer activities are processed and reconciled on time, addressing discrepancies immediately.

  • Handle customer requests in an efficient manner and provide timely feedback.

  • Prepare and present regular (daily, monthly, quarterly) reports on fund management, cash flow, and client account status.

  • Monitor collection and disbursement accounts to ensure proper fund flows.

  • Support resolution of payment issues, customer/merchant settlements, and reconciliation breaks.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth fund operations.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management to support operational excellence.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 2 years of reconciliation experience in a financial services company, NBFC, bank, or fintech.

  • Strong understanding of payment processes, collections, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

  • Experience in managing payment systems, disbursement accounts, and fund flows.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both verbal and written).

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
