The role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, providing support in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant HRBP or HR generalist experience, with a strong understanding of HR practices and Bangladesh labor laws.

The role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, providing support in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant HRBP or HR generalist experience, with a strong understanding of HR practices and Bangladesh labor laws.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in driving HR projects related to culture, change management, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Act as an advocate for employees while balancing business priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Bangla and English.
