The Learning & Development Analyst role is responsible for the Instructional Design, Evaluation & Assessment Analysis. They will develop training materials, assess training effectiveness, and measure learning outcomes.

About the role:
The Learning & Development Analyst role is responsible for the Instructional Design, Evaluation & Assessment Analysis. They will develop training materials, assess training effectiveness, and measure learning outcomes.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials aligned with instructional design principles.
- Utilize multimedia and eLearning development tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
- Develop and conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Analyze training data and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in multimedia and eLearning development tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of survey tools and assessment instruments.
- Skill in report writing and presentation software.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
