Duties and Responsibilities:
●Identify market demands and build strong business and product cases to develop merchant-acquiring products.
●Working as a product owner closely works with internal and external teams (BD, Channel Products, R&D, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Compliance) to fully deliver product results on time.
●Maintain a great product service level by handling product-related issues to meet our merchants' and customers' demands.
monitoring industry trends, competitor movements, and regulation changes regarding the digital payment industry.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
●Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, and other social sciences.
●Above 7 years of relevant product experience in banks, PSPs, and card schemes from the Merchant Acquiring/Product Department.
●Great knowledge of merchant accounting, including scheme rules, card processing, card bin management, payment system, recon and settlement, risk control, POS terminals, payment apps, merchant dashboards, etc.
●Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
●Keen attention to details and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
●ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
●English must be working level.
