- Lead the design of end-to-end UX for device financing (application, approval, disbursement, repayment)
- Translate complex credit and financing processes into simple, intuitive user flows
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize customer experience and conversion
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile platforms
- Work closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to align UX with business and compliance needs
- Identify and resolve drop-off points in the financing journey
- Ensure clear communication of pricing, repayment terms, and penalties
- 3+ years of UX design experience, with a strong focus on fintech or device financing
- Proven experience designing loan, BNPL, or asset financing products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating data-driven, user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design and emerging market users
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear user experiences
- Strong problem solver with a focus on conversion and usability
- Experience in device finance, telecom, or digital lending platforms
- Understanding of credit lifecycle (onboarding → approval → repayment → collections)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
