About the Role
The Business Development Executive will support the Business Development Manager in driving growth, acquiring new clients, and building strong business relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about creating value in the fintech and cross-border payment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
A good understanding of the cross-border payment industry, financial technologies, and market trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and provide meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the BD Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
Support internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and successful delivery of services.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Participate in field visits, client pitches, and product demonstrations when required.
