Job Summary
The Senior Admin/HR Specialist will manage HR and administrative functions for a fast-paced fintech environment, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while supporting business growth. The role will drive recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical fintech roles
  • Ensure compliance with Burkina Faso labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and statutory obligations with vendors
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and foster a strong company culture
  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations
  • Coordinate staff logistics (travel, visas, accommodation where required)
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR/Admin, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Burkina Faso labor laws and regulatory environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling organization
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (preferred)
