Job Overview
 

Specialist / Assistant Manager– Communications & Coordination will support the Executive Director’s Office in managing communications and coordination with regulators, banking partners, financial institutions, fintech partners, and strategic stakeholders. The role ensures smooth information flow, timely correspondence, and effective engagement with external parties, acting as a key communication bridge between the Executive Director’s Office and the organization’s external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory & External Communications

• Facilitate communications with regulators, partner banks, and financial institutions on behalf of the Executive Director’s Office. 
• Draft, review, and manage regulatory submissions, responses, and correspondence. 
• Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of regulatory queries, approvals, or requests. 

2. Business & Partnership Coordination

• Support engagement with fintech partners, strategic business partners, and corporate clients. 
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and workshops with external stakeholders. 
• Assist in managing partnership agreements, communications, and collaborative initiatives. 

3. Internal Coordination & Liaison

•  Act as a bridge between the Executive Director’s Office and internal departments for smooth information flow. 
•  Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with external stakeholders. 
• Track and manage action items from meetings, escalations, and stakeholder communications. 

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain a record of all communications, correspondences, and stakeholder interactions. 
• Prepare reports, updates, and briefs for the Executive Director. 
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and strategic communication materials. 

5. Process Improvement

• Identify areas for improving communication workflows and stakeholder engagement processes. 
• Implement best practices for structured follow-ups, documentation, and reporting. 


Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred 
Experience: 3–5 years in communications, corporate coordination, or regulatory liaison roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services

• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and presentation tools
