Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Request Management Officer (Marketing) to manage and streamline all incoming marketing requests, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across campaigns and brand initiatives.
This role will serve as the central coordination point between marketing, design, content, and product teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing outputs while maintaining workflow efficiency and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Request Management
• Receive, log, and manage all incoming marketing requests (campaigns, creatives, content, events, etc.)
• Evaluate request scope, urgency, and completeness before assigning tasks
• Ensure all requests align with marketing objectives and brand priorities
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders submitting marketing requests
2. Workflow Coordination & Execution
• Assign tasks to relevant teams (design, content, digital, performance, etc.)
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple campaigns
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities from brief to final delivery
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and execution teams
3. Timeline & SLA Management
• Track progress of all marketing requests and ensure on-time delivery
• Set and monitor turnaround times for different types of marketing outputs
• Proactively follow up with teams to avoid delays
• Escalate high-priority or delayed tasks when necessary
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Maintain accurate records of all marketing requests and deliverables
• Prepare reports on request volume, turnaround time, and team performance
• Analyze bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide insights to optimize campaign execution workflows
5. Process Improvement & Optimization
• Develop and refine marketing request intake processes and templates
• Support implementation of project management or ticketing tools
• Improve workflow efficiency across marketing operations
• Standardize processes for better scalability and consistency
6. Quality & Brand Alignment
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Coordinate with brand and design teams to maintain consistency
• Support internal reviews and approvals before final delivery
• Uphold high standards of quality across all marketing outputs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, creatives, digital assets)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
