Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to lead the Human Resources and Administration function for PalmPay Pakistan. This role will be responsible for building strong HR governance, managing end-to-end HR operations, overseeing administration functions, and supporting business growth in line with local labor laws and PalmPay’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Strategy
Lead and execute the country-level HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Act as a strategic HR partner to country leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Build, manage, and develop the HR & Admin team.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all functions, including senior and critical roles.
Drive targeted hiring strategies to support business expansion.
Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience.
Compensation & Performance Management
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive structures.
Lead performance management processes, KPI setting, and appraisal cycles.
Partner with leadership on salary reviews, promotions, and manpower budgeting.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee payroll governance, contracts, attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Culture, Learning & Engagement
Drive employee engagement, learning initiatives, and culture-building programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Promote PalmPay’s values, ethics, and high-performance culture.
Administration & Office Management
Lead all administrative operations including facilities, vendors, security, and office services.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations across Pakistan.
Manage administrative budgets and cost efficiency.
Reporting & Regional Coordination
Prepare HR and admin reports for management and regional stakeholders.
Coordinate with regional HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with group standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM / CIPD) is preferred.
Experience
7-10+ years of HR & Administration experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in recruitment, compensation, performance management, and HR operations.
Experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, telecom, or fast-growing technology companies preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
High integrity and confidentiality.
Language
Fluency in English and Urdu.
