PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to other markets in this year. We’re reinventing the payment experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.
🔹 Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead the development and execution of PalmPay’s sales strategy in Pakistan. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive user acquisition, agent onboarding, merchant partnerships, and revenue growth across digital and physical channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement sales strategies aligned with PalmPay’s business objectives in Pakistan.
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team (B2C & B2B).
Develop agent network strategy and drive active agent acquisition.
Manage and grow merchant partnerships to ensure product adoption and usage.
Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure sales operations are data-driven with KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecom sectors.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Deep understanding of Pakistan’s digital payment landscape.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English and Urdu.
