Product Specialist - Digital Channel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of the Digital Channel Product, and build Roll-out plan, BRD, PRD, Debug Report (MMO STK Push, MMO Payment, USSD Menu, POS Card payment, Online Card Payment, Token Payment, Card Not Present, etc), based on market research, competitor analysis and service provider (MMO, Telecom, Banks, PSPs, Switches, and Fintechs).
• Working as Project Owner closely work with internal and external Partner teams (Business, Products, Tech, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation and Compliance) to fully delivery project results.
• Maintain a great channel service level by handling product-related issues, to meet our merchants' and customers' demands.
• Monitoring the industry trends, competitor movements, and regulation changes regarding the Digital Payment Industry.

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, and other social sciences.
• Above 2 years of relevant experience Product/Project Specialist experience in Banks, PSPs, MMOs from Payment/IT Department.
• Great knowledge of Channel Integration with Bank, PSP, MMO, Telecom’s payment product including API Document, Digital Payment User Journey, Processing Flows, Fund Flows, Recon and Settlement, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills internally and externally.
• Keen attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time sensitive environment.
• English must be working level.

Prefer candidates from PSP (UBX, Cellulant, DPO, FastHub), Banks (CRDB, NMB, KCB, Equity, ABSA, Stanbic, Exim Bank, DTB), and MMOs (M-pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) from their Payment/IT Department.
