Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Collections Data Analyst to be the data backbone of our daily recovery operations. Your primary mission is to turn raw collection data into clear, actionable instructions that help our team leaders and agents prioritize their next call and improve their approach. If you thrive on solving immediate business problems with data rather than just building reports, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily & Weekly Performance Diagnostics:
    • Lead the generation and interpretation of daily agent- and team-level dashboards, focusing on key process metrics such as effective contact rate and promise-to-pay conversion rate to identify operational bottlenecks.
    • Conduct weekly deep-dive analyses of collection performance across loan stages (MOB) and delinquency buckets to identify drivers of performance changes.
  2. Collection Strategy Support & Quantification:
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of contact strategies, including auto-dialer calls, manual calls, and SMS templates) to provide immediate data-backed evidence for tactical adjustments.
    • Use data analysis to help Team Leaders pinpoint the ‘next best list’ of customers to contact, optimizing agent workflow.
  3. Reporting Automation & Systemization:
    • Develop, automate, and maintain core reporting systems using SQL for data extraction and Excel as the primary reporting tool, including pivot-driven daily and weekly performance reports.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of key performance metrics (e.g., coverage rate, repayment rate) to support management decision-making.
  4. Business Insight & Process Optimization:
    • Gain in-depth understanding of collection floor operations to understand workflows and pain points. Use data to identify inefficiencies (e.g., "repeated calls to non-working numbers") and propose concrete process improvements.
    • Collaborate with Team Leaders to translate data insights into executable collection tactics or communication scripts.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics for trend and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with the Bangladesh collections market and compliance environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, and advanced formula usage.
  • Strong understanding of collections business logic, including delinquency, aging buckets, recovery rates, and roll rates. Prior experience in consumer finance, digital lending, or credit card collections will be given strong preference.
  • Highly results-oriented, with a focus on producing actionable insights that directly support improved collection outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write independent queries for data extraction.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A role where your analysis has a direct, immediate impact on the company's cash flow from the front lines of the business.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Mobile & internet allowance
  • Career growth opportunity to specialize in collections analytics within a fast-scaling fintech.
