We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Legal team’s Dispute Resolution unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on matters related to commercial, corporate, and financial laws. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial industry, along with the relevant laws and regulations that govern it.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on matters related to commercial, corporate, and financial laws. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial industry, along with the relevant laws and regulations that govern it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Management: Oversee, review, and provide expert legal advice on all court processes received by the company.
- Legal Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Legal Advisory: Analyze legal issues, provide sound legal advice, and develop strategic solutions to address them effectively.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate administrative agreements and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legal and regulatory developments, advising the organization on their implications.
- Regulatory Engagement: Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and compliance when required.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain an organized record of all legal documents and data for easy retrieval and reference
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and Certificate of Call to Bar
- 4-5 years relevant legal experience
- Knowledge of commercial, corporate and financial laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advisory skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office.
