Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships with Banks, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Payment Networks, and Financial Institutions.
- Manage end-to-end integration of payment channels, including Pay-In, Pay-Out, Add Money, Bank Transfer, and Merchant Settlement services.
- Drive partnerships with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, commercial banks, and other payment ecosystem participants.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and External Partners.
- Prepare and review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Product Notes, and integration specifications.
- Design and document transaction flows, settlement flows, reconciliation processes, and system integration diagrams.
- Coordinate technical discussions with partners to ensure smooth API integration, UAT, certification, and production deployment.
- Negotiate commercial terms, MDR, interchange fees, processing fees, and settlement arrangements with acquiring banks and payment partners.
- Develop and optimize card acquiring partnerships for Visa, Mastercard, and other payment schemes.
- Support Finance and Fund Operations teams in transaction settlement, reconciliation, dispute management, and chargeback resolution.
- Monitor channel performance, transaction success rates, partner SLAs, and service availability.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and onboard new payment channels and strategic partners to expand the organization's payment ecosystem.
- Lead partner governance meetings and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Opening accounts with different banks, complete KYC’s , deposit rates, and other channel issues.
- Stay updated on emerging payment technologies, market trends, and industry developments to drive innovation.
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in fintech, banking, PSP, PSO, payment gateway, MFS, or digital financial services.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, card acquiring, payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience working with banks, Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or similar payment channels.
- Experience in API-based integrations and fintech product implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
