Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to users with overdue balances to secure repayment of outstanding installments.

  • Engage users to understand financial challenges and agree on realistic repayment arrangements.

  • Verify and update customer information and repayment status promptly in the recovery system.

  • Retrieve devices or collateral from customers who default, in line with company recovery procedures and documentation.

  • Maintain productive relationships with local police authorities within the assigned LGA to support long-overdue or fraudulent cases where necessary.

  • Report field collection activities, observations, and suspected fraud cases to the supervisor as required.

  • Collaborate with the Risk Control and Customer Service teams to support enhanced repayment performance.

  • Uphold professionalism and protect the company’s brand reputation during all field operations.


🔹 Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in field collections, field agent operations, or related roles.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly/monthly recovery targets.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

  • Familiarity with FCCPC recovery guidelines is an added advantage.

  • Must be street-smart and maintain high ethical standard
