We are hiring a Senior Graphics Designer to lead our local marketing design team in Nigeria and support HQ design requests. This role is responsible for overall visual quality control, design team leadership (graphic & video), and leveraging AI design tools to improve efficiency and output quality, while ensuring strong brand consistency and high aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, review, and approve all marketing and brand design assets across digital, social, advertising, and offline channels
     
  • Manage and mentor local graphic and video designers; ensure consistent, high-quality execution
     
  • Define and maintain visual standards and design guidelines for the Nigeria market
     
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and media teams to translate business objectives into visual solutions
     
  • Apply AI-powered design tools (image generation, video assistance, automation, etc.) to improve workflow efficiency and design quality
     
  • Establish and promote AI-supported design workflows within the team
     
  • Provide creative direction for key campaigns and brand initiatives
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
     
  • Minimum 5 years of professional design experience with strong visual judgment and aesthetic sense
     
  • Proven experience leading or reviewing design work for marketing or brand projects
     
  • Strong skills in graphic and video design tools (Adobe Creative Suite required)
     
  • Practical experience using AI design tools and a clear understanding of how they can improve design efficiency
     
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
