Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell mobile phones, tablets, and accessories, with a strong focus on promoting the company’s installment payment plans. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Customer Consultation & Processing: Warmly welcome walk-in customers, explain the installment process, interest rates, and benefits in detail. Assist customers in preparing application documents (e.g., valid IDs, proof of billing) and guide them through the application process via the system.
  • Credit Verification Assistance: Conduct preliminary verification of submitted documents for authenticity and assist the back-end risk management team with customer data validation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain good customer relationships. Address customer inquiries regarding payments or product usage. Conduct polite reminders for overdue accounts and assist with collection follow-ups.
  • Store Operations: Maintain product displays, conduct stock inventory, replenish merchandise, and ensure cleanliness of the store and demo units.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and report local market trends, competitor promotions, and customer feedback to the Store Manager or management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least High School Graduate (College level or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
  • Language: Proficient in English (for system use and internal reporting). Must be fluent in Tagalog and/or Bisaya (Cebuano) to effectively communicate with local customers in the Visayas region.
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail, mobile phone sales, micro-financing/installment plans, or FMCG is a plus. Fresh graduates with good interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using mobile apps. Ability to quickly learn and navigate the company's installment application system.
