Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Training and Maintenance
Responsible for training new and existing customers on product usage, ensuring customers are proficient in relevant operations.
Regularly follow up with customers to maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collect customer feedback, optimize service processes, and improve customer experience.
2. Team Management
Responsible for the daily management, work allocation, and skills training of subordinate team members.
Set and break down team performance indicators (KPIs), monitor the execution process, and ensure the achievement of core objectives such as customer service, inventory, and sales data.
Conduct regular team performance evaluations and feedback, implement improvement plans, and enhance overall efficiency.
3. Sales Data Processing
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer sales data to generate sales reports.
Track sales target achievement and assist in developing sales strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and support management decision-making.
4. Customer Issue Handling
Respond promptly and resolve customer questions and complaints regarding products, services, and orders.
Coordinate internal resources to promote efficient problem resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
Record and analyze customer issues to optimize service processes and reduce the recurrence of similar problems.
Qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer management, sales support, or inventory management.
Experience in team management, with the ability to effectively lead and develop team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data analysis capabilities.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Knowledge of inventory manage mentor supply chain processes is preferred.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Strongteamplayerwiththeabilitytocoordinateresourcesacrossdepartments.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members and drive goal
achievement.
