Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Video Content Creator and Social Media Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging AI-generated video content, the ability to write video scripts, and a strong understanding of social media trends and local audience preferences. This role involves producing high-quality videos, writing compelling video scripts, and ensuring content is culturally relevant with localized address terms for the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute AI-generated video content tailored for local audiences.
  • Write engaging and culturally relevant video scripts.
  • Optimize video content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Manage and track performance metrics of videos to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI video technology trends and tools to enhance content creation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with the company’s strategy and brand voice.
  • Analyze and leverage insights about local audience preferences to optimize content.
  • Ensure content is culturally relevant, engaging, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and creativity in all video projects.


Basic Requirements:
  • Proven experience creating AI-generated video content with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Ability to write clear and engaging video scripts in line with local cultural nuances.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Familiarity with local Nigerian social media culture and user preferences.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and AI video generation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital content.
