Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our Pakistan team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales, customer acquisition, and field-level execution of sales strategies. You’ll engage with customers and partners, promote our fintech products, and help expand PalmPay’s presence in local markets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute direct field sales and customer acquisition efforts in assigned territories.
Promote PalmPay’s products and services (wallet, payments, credit, etc.) to individuals, merchants, or agents.
Identify potential customers, pitch product offerings, and close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
Provide feedback from the field to product, marketing, and operations teams about customer needs and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with local merchants, partners, and agents.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional events on the ground.
Ensure staff or agent network in assigned area follow correct policy, onboarding, and compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of direct sales or field sales experience, preferably in fintech, mobile credit, financial services, or consumer electronics.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with initiative and discipline.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Comfortable working in the field with travel within assigned zones.
