Job Summary:
The Senior HR Specialist will lead core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while supporting a high-performance culture in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Implement and monitor HR policies in line with local labor laws
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Drive engagement and retention strategies
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in fintech or a fast-paced industry
- Strong knowledge of Burkina Faso labor laws
- Excellent communication skills (French required; English is an advantage)
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
