Job Description:

PalmPay is looking for a talented individual who will play a key role As a Fund Operations Officer, you will be responsible for processing reconciliation for customer funds, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will handle any issues or discrepancies and ensure that all customer activities are processed on time. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular reports on fund management, cash flow, and client account status to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process reconciliation for customer funds, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all customer activities are processed and reconciled on time, and handle any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer requests are dealt with properly and provide customer feedback on time.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on fund management, cash flow, and client account status to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of reconciliation experience in a financial services company or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of payment processes, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing payment systems, disbursement accounts, and fund flows.
  • Experience in handling payment issue resolution and customer/merchant settlements.
