PalmPay is a leading fintech company committed to providing innovative payment and consumer finance solutions that make digital financial services more accessible, safe, and rewarding.We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Current company seeking a a reliable and professional Driver to support the operations and administrative teams of our device finance business in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting field operations, collections, or device distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport staff, documents, devices, and equipment to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Support field operations, sales, and collections teams by facilitating movement between branches, partner outlets, and customer locations.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and roadworthiness at all times.
  • Adhere to traffic rules, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain logbooks, trip records, and delivery documentation accurately.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and secure handling of company assets when required.
  • Report vehicle issues, accidents, or operational challenges promptly to the supervisor.
  • Provide general operational support for administrative and logistics tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional driving certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a driver, preferably in consumer finance, fintech, or retail operations.
  • Prior experience supporting Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar operations is desirable.
  • Valid Philippine driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of Manila traffic routes, road safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
