Position: Digital Channel Support Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring PalmPay digital channels including MMO, Bank, PSP, Telecom, Switching, Fintechs, etc.
- Ensure digital channels has a stable connection with our internal & external system, and provide quick response & solutions to any channel-related issue.
- Work closely with the internal and external business, products, operation, settlement and compliance teams to fully understand digital channel requirements.
- Connect and adjust digital channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
- Prepare competitor's product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company's product and channel capabilities.
Qualification & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, and other social sciences.
- Above 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years Digital Channel Operations & Support experience in Banks, PSPs, MMOs.
- Great knowledge of Bank, PSP, MMO, Telecom’s digital channel support works including channel status trouble shooting, recon, settlement, etc.
- Keen attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills even in ambiguity situations.
- Flexible – ability to work in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a time sensitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills internally or externally.
- English must be working level.
- Results oriented.
